Jess Henson
Jess has 12 years of experience in the cannabis industry focused on data analytics and consumer research. After launching some of the first legal medical delivery services and recreational dispensaries in Seattle, Jess continued to grow her experience and knowledge of the industry as a founding member of Headset.io, later participating in the opening of 40+ licensed dispensaries and most recently conducting consumer insights and market analysis for top brands, MSOs, VCs and multinational CPG companies. Prior to cannabis, Jess worked in International Economic Development.
Tamar Maritz
Tamar has worked in the cannabis industry for 5 years and has 8 years of experience in analytics and consumer research. Beginning her cannabis journey with BDSA in 2016, Tamar helped grow and scale the company while building an extensive professional network and deep understanding of nuanced cannabis markets. Separately, Tamar advises and invests in various cannabis ventures through her private equity fund. Originally from Israel, she is also a respected expert in the Israeli cannabis market. Prior to cannabis, Tamar worked in biochemisty.
